Michael Boudreau brings 26 years of experience and innovation to each building opportunity. As a client responsive organization, Michael and his staff strive to make a positive difference in people's lives. Balance, communication and teamwork contribute to produce quality buildings.

Michael's project
experience includes custom homes, corporate and private office buildings, retail, industrial, education, worship, childcare, museums, agricultural, adaptive reuse, and buildings on difficult terrain.

Interested in all project types and challenges, Michael's services include: site and building design, agency review, permit applications, marketing images, 3D modeling, energy analysis, green advice,  solar applications, water harvesting, historical preservation, adaptive reuse, and interior design. Also experienced in design-build and construction management team approach.

A former partner in the Architectural firm of Lutz Seng and Boudreau, Inc. Michael opened his sole proprietorship in 2000. From downtown San Luis Obispo, located only a few blocks from City and County Offices, Michael's office is well positioned to serve the Central Coast, the Central Valley and most California Coastline Communities.



Brett G. Habar
Project Manager

Brett joined Michael Boudreau in the summer of 2006.

Brett graduated from the School of Architecture at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2006.  In 2001, he began working at Darden Architects of Fresno where he would specialize in educational and medical design. 

Brett moved to Florence, Italy in 2004 and studied under the internationally-known architect and author Gianni Pettena.  Brett became familiar with Italian architecture and urban design.  Brett also took part in a collaborative project in Ascoli-Piceno on Italy's eastern coastline.  After graduating in 2006, he worked on a number of construction and remodel projects in Fresno before returning to San Luis Obispo to work under the guidance of Micheal T. Boudreau, AIA.
